@tach's Software Workshops : Week - 1

Hi everyone, a few week ago I publish a project context called @tach in the University Project. It was about introducing Steemit to universities and creating teams for Steemit projects. Before this project we introduced Steemit in 3 city from Turkey. You can read more detail about it in here, Turkey in the Streets Project. I'm so glad for @sndbox support and help in this process.

So, a few days ago me and @dogancankilment started our workshops to create a developer team for more Steemit and generally blockchain apps. Because as you know blockchain isn't just about Steemit or blogging. There is a new tech and we want to learn and teach it. @tach's main goal is to create semi-autonomous local city groups among the universities and help them grow. In this way we aim to create a network of rapid interaction among university students and to produce projects supported by Steemit. So, when I was share @tach's Mission Statement, I was say this and now we are trying to make it happen as soon as possible.

Our workshop start with Github. We talk about github and its opportunity. These was our topics:

What is Github and why I need it?
How can I use Github for my developer works?
How can I use Github for my Steemit software project?
How can I fork a repository?
How can I make a pull-request?

After that we talk about our next steps. We decide to start work with Python and Django. Our next 4-5 workshops will be about it and after that we will start Big Data. When we finish big data workshops finally we will have enough knowledge for make a software project for Steam or any blockchain. Our projects will be about big data and visual analisys. We can use it for Steemit or any token. So, that's why we chose python and django. Because they are really fast and they aren't take up more space in your computer. And of course python and django more esear the others. BTW our workshops will be weekly and I will share update post every week. So, thank you reading, see you!

When we prepere for our workshop

Herkese merhaba, geçtiğimiz haftalarda Steemit'i ve genel olarak blockchain dünyasını üniversite öğrencilerine tanıtmak, sunabileceği imkanları anlatıp öğrencileri teşvik etme üzerine bir şeyler yapacağımı anlattığım bir proje postu yayınlamıştım. Amacım @sndbox'ın da desteği ile platformu ve teknolojiyi üniversite öğrencileri arasında yayıp daha üretken bir topluluk olmamızı sağlamak. Bu sebeple okuduğum bölümü de bu işin bir parçası yapıp @dogancankilment ile birlikte yazılım atölyesi başlattık.

Bu hafta Github, onun kattığı avantajlar ve kullanımı üzerine çalışma yaptık. İlerleyen haftalar için bir program hazırladık hep birlikte. Sırasıyla Python, Django ve Bigdata şeklinde ilerleyecek bu atölye. Varmak istediğimiz asıl nokta zaten big data ile veri işleme ve görsel veri analizi olduğu için bu süreci en hızlı şekilde öğrenme ve kullanma için Python ve Django'yu tercih ettik. Atölye bittiğinde temennimiz katılımcıların Steemit veya herhangi bir platform için veri çekip, bunları çeşitli parametrelere göre analiz edip, sonuçlarını görselleştirebiliyor olmaları olacak. Atölyeyi haftalık yapmaya çalışacağız olabildiğince ve her defasında güncellemeleri buradan paylaşıyor olacağım ben. Şimdilik meramım bunlardan ibaret :)
