@canakkale17, the early days of steemit can be challenging. It's not easy finding a voice and it takes a lot of time and effort to discover it. @monomyth (like all Steemians) have made some mistakes along the way. Our team believes in learning from mistakes and working hard to make sure others don't make the same. @monomyth has proven himself to be a valuable and enthusiastic member of the TR community. He has worked tremendously hard to translate resources, recruit new members and help new Steemians (of all communities) find their footing. We are lucky to have him as a member of our incubator, and support him 100%.
