ŞEYH BEDRETTİN İSYANI
Osmanlı Dönemi’nde çıkmış ilginç isyanlardan olan Şeyh Bedrettin İsyanı günümüzdeki tezahürleriyle de herzaman ilgimi çekmiştir.
Alim ve bilge bir insan olan Şeyh Bedrettin Rumeli’nde Mısır da Anadolu’da bulunmuş ,ilim yaymış ,tasavvufla uğraşmış, bilgisine sultanların güvendiği sağlam bir din ve devlet görevlisiydi. Fakat kazaskerliğini yaptığı Musa Çelebi’nin hayatını kaybetmesiyle Sultan Çelebi Mehmet’le ters düşmüş,bu hırsı onu isyan yanlışına düşürmüştür.

Onun talebeleri Börklüce Mustafa ve Torlak Kemal dünyadaki tüm savaşların sebebinin kadın ve para olduğunu bunların ortak olması gerektiğini savunarak çok tehlikeli bir isyan hareketine girişmişler, toplumun içtimaî hayatını kökten sarsabilecek bu isyan Osmanlı tarafından en şiddetli biçimde bastırılmıştır.Sonunda da Şeyh Bedrettin’de idam edilmiştirZ
