In general, I talked about the period of Yesilcam with 3 films from my previous writings. I need to talk about Yeşilçam to understand the reasons behind these films. The main factor that led to the birth of Yeşilçam is the construction of the dams and the electricity goes even to the outer corners of Anatolia. In addition to the metropolitan cities, poor people could go to the cinema. Although Yeşilçam is seen as a period that does not respect the rights of intellectual property and does not hesitate to do crazy things, this is not the only case.

Yeşilçam blended these western-style superheroes with violence and eroticism and aimed at Anatolian people who had never seen these stories before. These strange and intriguing films produced inexpensive tickets and low cost were attracting the attention of the Anatolian audience and making profit for the producer. This was the end of the 1980 coup and the opening of the country's economy to foreign investments, which ended with entry of US products into the country. Yesilcam was over.

Modern Turkish Cinema and Superheroes

Thanks to the facilities provided by Yeşilçam period, Turkish cinema witnessed one of the cheap and strange superhero adaptations. But it is hard to find super hero adaptations in modern Turkish cinema. The main reasons for this are:

• During the Yeşilçam era, low-budget, self-made model amateur works became widespread. There is no such model today. Independent films and independent filmmakers do not see enough support.

• Whether the use of CGI is needed, and whether the producers, or not, the viewer's use of CGI breaks the realism of the film.

• During the period of Yeşilçam, the targets of such films were poor and Anatolian people who had not watched movies before. Today it has become a potential audience of people from all walks position. Because, with the developing cinema, the cost of the films has increased and this gives more attention to box office anxiety.

Due to these and similar problems, a local superhero school has not yet occurred in our country. But there are successful trials. If the film by Onur Ünlü's "Sen Aydınlatırsın Geceyi" is the best example of this. Although it has not been showcased, it has become very popular among social media and online viewers and has received great interest. He tells the daily life and problems of ordinary people who have different special powers living in a small town. The film is one of the most important works of Turkish cinema with its success in localizing the super power concept and its success in film-based handling.

With this film, Onur Ünlü has shown that if the Turkish cinema industry correctly analyzes the superhero or super power concept and the culture is synthesized correctly, both a successful film and a job to be loved by the audience can be produced.
