Menengiç - Kızvan - Çıtlık
Menengiç, Kızvan, Çıtlık... Bu meyvenin yörelere göre farklı isimleri var. Doğu Karadeniz'de kızvan, Güneydoğu ve Doğu Anadolu'da menengiç, Akdeniz bölgesinde ise genelde çıtlık olarak anılır.
Bu meyveden Güneydoğu ve Doğu Anadolu'da sabun ve kahve üretiliyor. Çok meşhur olan bıttım sabunu bu meyveden üretiliyor. Kahvesine de menengiç kahvesi deniyor.
Bir çok yönden sağlığa da faydalıdır. İmkanınız varsa bulup tüketmenizi tavsiye ederim.
Menengiçin bir meyve olduğunu bilmiyordum ama kahvesini daha önce denemiştim güzeldi. Evde pişirmeye çalışıp becerememiştim. Paylaşımınız için teşekkürler.

Antep'te çok meşhur tarihi bir kahvehane var ve orada menengiç kahvesini çok güzel yapıyorlar.
