Yeni bir gün yeni bir şube yazımda yeni bir çalışmayla ilgilendiğimizden bahsetmiştim.
Hazırlıklar tamamlandığına göre artık atölyeyi başlatabiliriz.
Meraklılarına gayet sağlıklı bilgiler aktarmayı hedeflediğim gibi işin mutfağına girmek isteyenler için güzel bir fırsat olacağını düşünüyorum.
*doğru el teknikleriyle hamur açma.
*doğru malzeme seçme ve yerleştirme.
*odun ateşiyle pişirme yöntemleri.
Gibi bazı hassas bilgileri aktarmayı hedefliyoruz. Yakından tecrübe edebileceğiniz bir maceraya eşlik etmek üzere hazırız.
