Mesnevî'den Uyarlama Hikâye İnek Sanılan Aslanın Hikayesi / The Lion's Thought of the Cow Mesnevi adaptation story (Tukish/English)

Çiftçi amca ineğini bağladı ahırına. Apansızın gelen aslan yedi bitirdi koca ineği bir de yetmezmiş gibi ahırın en güzel köşesinde ineğin yerine geçti oturdu.
Gece gece uyku tutmadı yaşlı amcayı ahıra gelince ineğini aradı. Karanlıkta aslanı seçemedi ve inek diye onun yanına gitti. İnek zannedip eliyle ona dokundu ve böğrünü yoklamaya başladı.

Aslan efendi pek de ses çıkarmadan kendi kendine mırıldandı;

‘Eğer gündüz gözüyle görseydin, korkudan ölürdün yaşlı amca. Beni ineğin zannediyorsun, onun için bu kadar rahatsın. İneğe iyi bakmışsın pek de lezzetliymiş karnın iyice doydu sana yer kalmadı kusura bakma’.

The Lion's Thought of the Cow Mesnevi adaptation story

The farmer tied the uncle's cow to the stall. The lion that came with apan ended seven grandfathers, like a fattening cow, sitting on the most beautiful corner of the stable.
The night came to sleep when the old uncle came to sleep. He could not choose the lion in the dark and went to his cow. He thought the cow and touched it with his hand and began to look at his flesh.
The lion master mumbled to himself without much sound;

'If you saw it in the daytime, you would die from fear, old uncle. You think you crawl, you're so comfortable with it. You have looked good in your stomach and your tummy has been so good that you have not got enough room to look at the bosom '.
