Leg lock Türkçe kelime anlamı olarak bacak kilidi anlamına gelmekte.
Genelllikle bjj,jiu-jitsu ve mma dövüş sanatlarında karşımıza çıkmakta.
Çok fazla bacak kilitleme türü var.Ama ben size yapılışı ve anlatımı kolay olan ana temel kilidi göstereceğim.
Resimler üzerinden yola çıkarak anlatmak daha iyi olacaktır.

Fotoğrafta gördüğümüz gibi rakibin bacağını kolumuzun altına alırız.Burda en önemli nokta rakibin ayak bileğinin kolumuzun altına gelecek şekilde ayarlamaktır.
Bu şekilde rakibin ayağını koltuk altımıza aldıktan sonra yere yatarız.
Yere yatttığımızda ki durum son görselde ki gibi olacaktır.Rakibin ayağını kolumuzun altına aldık.
Rakibin ayak bileği koltuk altımıza gelecek şekilde tuttuk artık tek yapmamız gereken geriye doğru güç uygulamak.Bu sayede rakibin ayağı olması gerekenden farklı şekilde zorlanacağı için çok fazla acı duyacaktır.Eğer müsabakada ise pes edecektir.
Fotoğrafta göstermemiş fakat bu kilidi yaparken kendi bacaklarımızı rakibin üzerine doğru uzatırsak rakibin buradan kurtulma şansı azalır.
Ama dikkat edin rakip de sizin ayağınızı yakalayıp aynı şekilde kilit yapabilir :)
