İskender kebap Türkiye'nin Bursa ilçesine özgü bir yemektir 1866 yılında Kayhan çarşısında yemeği çıkmaya başlamıştır
İskenderin tadını ve damağınızda kalır öyle bir lezzet yoktur . En önemli malzemesi et döner olması ve tereyağının mükemmel tadı domates sosu üstüne konur yoğurt ise köşesine konur ve hepsi uyum içindedir yoğurdun altında ise yağlı pide kesilip konmuştur sıcak sıcak servis edilir . Ve o et için hayvanlar a Uludağ kekiği yedirilir ve eti de az olsun diye ve acıyı sevenler içinde acı biber konulur üstüne ve servis edilir.
