Holy sh!t that is a ton of stuff my god! But why would he get someone over to look at it without having at least some idea on the price no wonder it was frustrating, but dang so much!
He finally gave me a price a couple weeks back. If I get it and complete the transaction, I’ll push all the juicy details. This one is a insane story.
