Jajó: located on the road that via Trujillo-Mérida, one of the most beautiful villages of Trujillo and Venezuela. Majestic mountains, spectacular trees, and cultivated fields are part of the landscape that can be seen at the entrance. It has cobblestone streets and steep, lined with white houses with tile roofs and huge balconies made of wood. Plaza Bolivar, as in most Venezuelan towns, is the center of activity. One of the most interesting attractions is its beautiful church, dedicated to Saint Peter the Apostle. Another place worth visiting is the Museum of Pedro Sánchez, created by this man in order to collect antiques, papers, crafts and family memories that tell the story of Jajó.

This town is very close to Timotes but it is already part of Trujillo State, it is one of the oldest towns in the state that still retains its streets of stones and mud houses.

Arriving runo thinks that the place has been stopped in time because you can still see walking the streets with the man in a hat, or the young man on horseback, the houses are shown with their high ceilings and the sound of the birds is the noise that more is heard in the surroundings.

This is a very photographic and ideal place to walk and enjoy its mountain climate, it is one of the most beautiful visits that can be made within the Trujillo State.
