Harry potter Hogwarts Express train Scotland
crossing the 21-arched Glenfinnan viaduct in Scotland with the iconic Jacobite Steam Train, famous as the Hogwarts Express in Harry Potter films. It is described by many as one of the great railway journeys of the world.
A 84 mile round trip Fort William-Mallaig, that takes you past a list of spectacular sightseening such as the highest mountain in Britain, Ben Nevis, the deepest freshwater loch in Britain, Loch Morar and the shortest river in Britain, River Morar, finally arriving next to Loch Nevis the deepest seawater loch in Europe, Loch Nevis.
This is a location made famous in the HP films which overlooks Loch Shiel and the Jacobite monument.
Scotland is also a well known film location for movies such as Highlander and Skyfall.
