Vedic civilization is the earliest civilization in the history of ancient India, which is related to the arrival of Aryans. It is named after the early Aryan literature, the Vedas. The language of the Aryans was Sanskrit and the religion was known as "Vedic Dharma" or "Sanatan Dharma", which was later renamed Hindu by foreign invaders.
