If you are like me and always carry your baby 👶🏻 on your hip, chances are its the same hip all the time. Right? 😏
Of course this leaves a mark on your posture 😲. Ask someone to take a picture 📷 of you from the back when you are standing straight. I bet when you look at the pic, you'll see that one of your shoulders is lower that the other 🙈
Do this simple exercise to relax your neck and shoulder muscles to get back into proper alignment. ✨✨✨ stand straight and tilt your head to one side and apply gentle pressure with your hand.. Once you feel the stretch, try to bring the opposite shoulder down as if someone is pulling on your arm. Hold this for one minute. Release the head and relax.
✨✨✨ next, turn your head 45 degrees to the side and bring it down. Help with your hand. With the other hand pull the opposite shoulder down. Hold this for one minute.
