Toro Don Ishin

So today i ate something incredible in Ishin (Mittelstrasse), a Don with Fatty Tuna (Toro) which isn't available in the card and can only be recuested if you know that it exists. It was amazing, the texture of the tuna was unbelivably rich and smooth.

In Ishin they bring their Tuna from Spain and the quality is like in an average restaurant in Tokyo, for Berlin a city in the middle of Germany its actually great!!
