in #tornado8 years ago

On February 14, 2017, a line of severe storms progressed through Central and Southern Texas. These storms were expected to go tornadic in the early morning hours of February 14, 2017, just before, and during rush hour traffic. These storms made their way through the peak of Houston rush hour, around 9 AM. The Houston skyline can be seen partially hidden by the base of the severe storms just after they had produced tornadoes to the southwest of the city.
