She's a Russian blogger I follow for a long while, almost since I entered the blockchain. (Why is she put under English label, I wonder?) Just a good (typical, I guess) example to look at closely.

No, no, she does not delegate to any 'bots' - but all power is delegated to 'permitted' services and communities which are not considered as 'bots' and autovoters:

(Check any her post to make sure it was voted back with these four services/communities). Thus, of 12,492 SP -- 12,425 SP are delegated, and any support I am getting from this steemian is 0,0000 and can be visible only through a microscope with high magnification. What is the usefulness of this user, her activity / support of other users? very nominal, purely symbolic, very questionable for me. (It was just a close example I had at my hand, nothing personal). What if most other users on this list here are a bit the same? High SP above 10k, mostly delegated, with efficient SP purely symbolic? @papi-mati, @the-gorillla
