More robust wooden house is comfortable and safe
In the turbulent time of earthquake disaster, wooden houses become alternative because house knock down / house only use peg no stone. If lau happens this earthquake just swinging.
Old teak house is quite expensive antique because it is very durable to use, the longer the wood fiber gets dry it will be stronger. Very sought by some circles.
Interesting @admun. Where are these houses used and how expensive are they? How big can the wooden buildings get? Two stories perhaps?

This is small size, we have size 9 * 9 meter. The price depends on the quality and its wood materials.
