Plateau is the word I was looking for:)

The path to success is never a straight path, which is why you have to be flexible and change the plan, but not the goal.
-Remember why you started
-The seed was planted for a reason, so keep going and watch it cone to fruition
-Time is going to pass anyway, so why not continue to pursuing your dreams.
-Continue to write your goals down daily.
-Continue to visualize yourself already achieving your goal.
-Stay Positive
-Take action on your goals and have faith that they will manifest.
