a) get out of radiation/wireless network path (affects air and space above ground) and get under ground--basement/cellar living space (underground/below ground zero enables self-healing/faster recovery)
i) earth = ground-zero (further below surface, radiation penetration is neutralized, neutralizing both:
ii) non-ionizing radiation penetrates and weakens cellular structure and
iii) ionizing radiation mutates healthy cells
and/or a2) apply copper/aluminum shielding to walls and ground metal (highly effective)
b) wear electromagnetic shielding, especially covering central nervous system (head, spine down to tailbone) while on earth's surface
c) detox nanosaturation; increase and top-up enzymes, minerals and saturated fats
d) increase copper intake to ground body's electrical buildup (750 mg/68.03886 kg--apply gradual dosing because copper unblocks meridian lines)
e) increase lung capacity, where nano-components accumulate

option one: light (terahertz = trillion hertz/microwave radiation; delivery via cellular antenna transmitters/receivers--Using Terahertz Radiation: The Tera- prefix means 10 raised to the 12th power in the Si-system. A one terahertz frequency equals a trillion hertz. So, the terahertz radiation or the Ti-rays are a type of electromagnetic radiation with the frequency of approximately 10 raised to the 12th power Hertz. The exact limits are not known. The lengths of the waves are accordingly in the range of 3 - 0.03 mm. Waves, which are 1 -0.1 mm long are called sub-millimeter waves. C60 is a highly resonant high Q nano molecule that is a carrier and producer of electric current and is more like a steel bell that can ring that anything natural in the body, I'm not saying this is being done though for a negative C60 use one would need to resonate the C60 at the exact frequency of one of its mode shapes its not a broad band Terra Hz effect it is specific frequencies like all high Q resonant coupling.
