I've even seen ICOs be cancelled cause they received too much money in these pre-sales. Everyday investors can't get in them. :(

Thanks @cryptovate ! One thing I can definitely say is that this project team isn't greedy, they are only seeking a $8.5M, that's it.
That's true @wlson .. It's kinda sad how the ICOs are turning out to be mostly for only the big players. I believe in the TomoCoin CEO and team after talking to them for quite a number of times - they are very much focussed on their tech and vision, rather than trying to usurp a huge amount of ICO money.

They're using stock images, can't even do the due diligence of spellchecking their site.... their premise for being a coin to invest in is retarded.... the technology they boast is just ridiculous.... nope. They're a scam and @nick-steem be ashamed of yourself.
