Understand your concern, but the CEO has a proven track record being the co-founder and project lead for NEM (XEM). I am sure it's a big claim, but albeit something that they have been working on. They released their Beta apps and Wallet, Testnet, even before the ICO.
With the amount that they are trying to raise through ICO, they don't seem to be greedy, plus the team vesting is 4 years!
High hopes for this one..
