Always do you your own research before taking on someone else's words. This project has a great vision, but not without their efforts. They already have their Testnet released, the Wallet prototype on Testnet is already there, and the TomoApp is being used by hundreds of thousands already. So, it't not vague promises, it's promises based on their past commitments, and that's why it has attracted so many advisors and investors in the project, including a partnership with NEO!
