One does not simpley read The Silmarillion
I started reading The Silmarillion and have come to believe that one does not just read this book. One must completely immerse them self in the story and become part of it.

I started once. And omce half way through the family history thing, I gave up. Still have it, though. It's never too late to get submerged in it.
