Tokyo Snow Storm 2018

Tokyo like I've never seen before! The snow came in the morning and didn't stop until after midnight. It was a crazy storm and the ice on the sidewalk is still there. It's like Earth and the weather is in cahoots with keeping this city colder than if the snow never came. Something is going on and I won't be able to get to the bottom of this conspiracy but at least we have this little video to enjoy!
