Great idea @tokenbb.
I would say that you want to brand this as a tool to rewards one's viewers/commentors while keeping them on one's site longer.
Also it would be helpful to stress the permanence of content on the blockchain. This is something that we are seeing with some of the controversy of late that sites are taking down people's content when they shut down their accounts.
Thanks @taskmaster4450, I completely agree with you. This is a way to get people to participate to your forum by creating an incentive.
Now, for "permanence" it will be difficult to make the case for us in the sense that moderation will be done by the owner of the site. Even thou the content will always remain on the blockchain, it would be quite complex to make that message clear for those unfamiliar with blockchain.
