YKN tradable on Kanga Exchange

Technical details:
Token symbol and description: There are 21 millions YKN created. Each token is ERC20 standard exchange-listed-and-traded security that represents an interest in a pool of securities and other assets. Moreover YKN represents a real fiat money value expressed in NAV. There is no physical delivery of fiat money nor material representation of such from Issuer. The only legal right to own YKN is expressed by appropriate register entry in ETH (Etherereum) blockchain - contract address:

Time span: limited to duration and efficiency of Ethereum network. In case of limited network funcionality Issuer will be allowed to replace YKN with equivalent replacement token.
Investment profile: YKN is intended as a low-risk and low volatility asset. Market liquidity is provided by Issuer. Safe heaven during high volatility on cryptocurrency market.
Distribution: 10 000 YKN - giveaway, tradable since creation (i.e. already)
210 000 YKN - 1% locked at creation, property of personaltokens.io, tradable
and NOT controlled by Issuer.
20 579 780 YKN - locked, will be distributed (i.e. sold) only in case of YKN market price will be higher than NAV by more than 25%.
NAV: net asset value per 1 YKN. Will be published at least every 60 days.
Exchange: all decentralized exchange trading ECR20 standard tokens. There is no expressed Issuer intention to pay any exchange for listing YKN, however this (i.e. listing) could occur if any centralized exchange wish to do so.
Initial price: 5107 YKN = 1ETH or 1 YKN=0,00019607 ETH or (easier 1 YKN = 0.1 PLN).
Investment strategy: 90% of raised funds will be converted to fiat money and deposited in one of the best brokers available account. Fiats will be used as the margin for future contracts. Investment strategy that will be implemented is already working on real money account and made 25.4% profit since september 2018. However, this result should be NOT considered as an estimation of future profits.
Buyback: Issuer will place buy orders every time YKN price fail below NAV-20% for no more than 1% of YKN in circulation.
