Water Conservation Fail: Low-flow toilets use more water than high-flow

I just got stuck with a low-flow toilet that requires 2-3 flushes to get the poo to flush completely. I did everything possible to maximize the flushing power, clean the lines, change how I poo, etc. Nothing works. It always has something stuck to the sides because the water level is too low and it's because the p-trap is hosed. Thanks everyone for making me clean my toilet every time I poo and waste more water than I did before. Yay!
