The declaration of embezzlement of the TNB name and information
Recently, M.I.T of TNB Foundation had discovered that Guangzhou Shengge Network Technology Co., Ltd. (their APP named TNB) embezzled TNB logo, and privately authorized Guangzhou Shengge Network Technology Co., Ltd. in the name of TNB to carry out promotion, technical support, mining machine and other related operations. The above behaviors not only cheat the majority of holders, but also seriously infringe upon the legitimate rights of M.I.T Foundation and TNB. With regard to the above illegal behaviors, such as embezzling TNB brand, fraudulently promoting and defrauding holders on behalf of TNB without authorization, the M.I.T Foundation hereby makes the following statement:
- The M.I.T Foundation know nothing about the TNB authorization certificate issued by Guangzhou Shengge Network Technology Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, the M.I.T Foundation and TNB have never authorized any enterprise to develop and operate the TNB brand, and the official seal name in the authorization certificate is not the main name of the company to which TNB belongs.
- Up to now, TNB public chain swap has not been fully opened, so the claim about TNB mining in the false authorization certificate issued by Guangzhou Shengge Network Technology Co., Ltd is not valid.
- TNB and MiaoA operate independently and do not have any subordinate relationship.
- M.I.T Foundation and TNB shall not bear any responsibility for all transactions that take place through Guangzhou Shengge Network Technology Co., Ltd.
- All official announcements about TNB have been posted on the official website for the first time, and all unofficial releases are false. For more information, please visit the TNB official website: https://tnb.fund/.
- All embezzlement behaviors related to TNB names and information are infringement. M.I.T Foundation and TNB have collected relevant evidence and reserve the right to report to departments and further prosecute for responsibility.
