Thanks for putting it in simple terms. I have been mining some coins mostly for fun. There is not much profit without at least a GPU.
I am glad it helped. If one is into cryptos, it is nice to have a rounded direction: blogging, investing and mining. They all feed into a rounded knowledge of how things work!
