Busy week finalizing this coming Saturday's Steemit #teammalaysia meetup. This will be the first one and I'm excited and honored to be hosting all the Steemian buddies.

Everyone that's organizing this is doing such a great job and putting a lot of effort into this voluntarily. That to me is really amazing as it isn't easy trying to get everyone to sync their time and schedule and yet we're making it happen!

Also really excited that people coming all the way from East Malaysia! (@awesomianist @danieldoughty amongst them) That really shows the heart and effort everyone is putting in to make this happen.

Met up with @karinzdailygrind earlier in the week to work things out on the menu side of things as well as good meeting up and talking about all things Steemit and crypto.

Oh another very VERY COOL thing that happening this Saturday will be the official announcement and the starting of Big Hug Burgers accepting STEEM as payment for meals! I'm not sure whether we're the first Steemians to do this but we're going ahead and see where this takes us. EXCITING MUCH!!!

I'm hoping that as a restaurateur I'll be able to do my part in helping the ecosystem of the Steemit blockchain grow and adding another element of usage to it's cryptocurrency.

This also includes any Steemians, not just #teammalaysia will be able to purchase burgers with STEEM/SBD. I'll call this "The BIG HUG Initiative" of which there will be 4 PHASES and accepting payments in STEEM/SBD will be PHASE 1.

PHASE 2 I'm hoping to do it simultaneously with PHASE 3 and 4 which is to get some of my other restaurant owners/chef friends to do PHASE 1 as well. In other words, if I succeed in this, fellow Steemians particularly #teammalaysia Steemians will be able to sample more verities of food other than my burgers and be able to fully pay for meals using their STEEM/SBD.

I'll be hoping to implement PHASE 3 & 4 after Chinese New Year of which this last 2 PHASES will benefit almost everyone, if not everyone, in #teammalaysia! I promise you that this news is gonna blow your socks off! 💣

Very excited for that as well and will be working with @bitrocker2020 more on this and more news on this SOOOOON! .................. hopefully 😃
