Village Sapa, Northern Vietnam. Memories from my travel.

One evening day, I asked Christine (his wife): "what is the place of the traversed path you would like to come back?" 

The answer was immediate: "Sapa".  

Sapa is Northern Vietnam. It's mountains with the highest peak of Indochina, top Fansipan (Phan Xi Păng) 3143 metrs. Beautiful top, there is sometimes snow. The town is in the mountains 1600m, a couple of streets, a lake, about 9000 people. population. The average annual temperature is 15 degrees. The local population consists of: Hmong (52 per cent), Yao (Red dao) (25 %), Vietnamese (15 %), Thai (5 %), SEI (2 %). Describe what the tribes and peoples of the matter is wordy, so imagine modernized tribes with a bit of culture from their ancient traditions. Engaged in terraced agriculture, this is really beautiful art. 

Roads to Sapa are our favorite: mountain passes and serpentines, with the clamps in the mountains and rivers, departing from the corner of the truck. This was the second experience riding a scooter at Christina, and then she finally understood why I was so eager to moto traveling. The smell of the grass after the rain, changing the flavor of village life, stay overnight in the jungle or in the garden from lokal completely not understand you, a variety of waterfalls, cold to the bone and moisture, alternating with heat, not sleep for days and be happy eating the remains of the noodles. To see it all - this is an adventure, a journey, an shady enterprise, which encourages you in difficult moments.
