Tamato pyuri
Place the tomatoes and beetroot in a steel keel and place it in the cooker.
- Put a whistle by closing the cooker and do not remove the steam after the whistle comes.

- Take out tomato peels.
- Grind boiled tomato and beetroot in a mixer and grind it.

Note: - Iskender puree of beetroot has been done to give a reddish color. (This kind of chopped tomatoes, tastes will increase)
If you want to run the purée for a long day, then fridge it in the fridge tray and fridge it.
-Puree will walk comfortably for 1-2 months by doing this.
