Place the tomatoes and beetroot in a steel keel and place it in the cooker.

  • Put a whistle by closing the cooker and do not remove the steam after the whistle comes.
  • When the steam of the cooker is removed, remove the tomatoes and beetroot. (This is the right way to cook vegetables)
  • Take out tomato peels.
  • Grind boiled tomato and beetroot in a mixer and grind it.
    Scrub the prepared paste in cloves and separate tomato seeds. (Your papad will not burn like this)
  • Tomato puree is ready. You can run it in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Note: - Iskender puree of beetroot has been done to give a reddish color. (This kind of chopped tomatoes, tastes will increase)

If you want to run the purée for a long day, then fridge it in the fridge tray and fridge it.
-Puree will walk comfortably for 1-2 months by doing this.
