Hi steemian friend,,!!!!

on the occasion of this good I am a bit mamfaat when we discuss about the deep asleep,

on average, we sleep with a type of sleep or SWS. It is characterized by a large brain waves and slow, the muscles relax and slow, deep breathing can help the brain and the body recovered after a day of work.

At the time of falling asleep in the condition of the SWS, brain apparently does not automatically stop working. The brain will only rest. Instead, sleep set would make the brain "sleep" in some stage.
