How To Be Always Happy

Some people say that they are happy when given a gift, some say they are happy when they are promoted to a new job and so on. But that is not the definition of true happiness. A person experiences happiness when he is at peace with himself, when he is able to overcome heart diseases such as envy, sadness, anger, frustration, etc. I do not know how many of you agree but some say that to achieve complete happiness, by getting rid of all negative emotions (for normal human and not saintly), that's impossible. People are willing to travel thousands of miles in search of true happiness.

Here's How To Be Always Happy :

Love Yourself
Next time when you think and reflect on the fact that 'Nobody loves me', try pausing and asking yourself, 'Do I love myself? ". Over time the answer will be met. People who can love themselves, will never ask to be loved. Until and unless you learn to love yourself, you can not expect others to love you. Begin loving yourself first, liking the way you look, the way you talk etc., and that's just then people will start loving you. Loving yourself makes you more confident and that belief will bring you happiness. Every day, after you wake up in the morning, say to yourself, "I love myself and I am the best," and you will see the difference within a few days.

Smile Always
Remember the song that Bee Gees sang, "Smile, an everlasting smile, a smile can bring you near to me ...". They can be said to be true. A smile can bring your distance apart even miles apart. When sad and depressed, just look in the mirror and smile to yourself. It's hard when you're really sad but there's no harm in trying. Remember that smiling face for a few minutes and soon you will realize that your spirit will be lifted. No matter where you are, a smile can do wonders, can make your day. Remember, that you look beautiful or handsome when you smile and when you look beautiful or handsome, how can you say unhappy ?.

Clean Your Neighborhood
Believe me when I say that no one can ever be happy in such a messy and dirty place, where fresh air can not move freely, where sunlight can not enter and so on. One of the most important things you should do is tidy up your room, your environment and get rid of all the rubbish and dirt around you. Be in a place with plenty of sun and fresh air. They will get rid of all the negative feelings that are inhabited in the dirty and dark places around. It is a sure thing to make you happy. Try!

Do Something for Others
Nothing makes a person happier than the joy he felt after helping someone in need. Whenever you get a chance, try going out and helping someone in need and who you do not know and will probably never meet. When sad, look around you and you will see people suffering, less fortunate, who die of hunger and illness and when you think about it, you will realize that there is no reason to compare your depression with their circumstances. There are so many people out there who need your help. Once they receive your help, the thank-you smile they give to you (believe me) will make you feel happier. A great way to learn how to be happy all the time.

Positive thinking
Fill your head with positive thoughts. Never, let negative thoughts come into your head because they tend to pull down your spirits. Always see the positive side of things. When you are sad, try to take positive wisdom from it, and you will feel much better. If you only see the negative side of people, then you can never be happy. Positive thinking helps a lot in maturing our attitudes in addressing situations we find less enjoyable.

Listening to music
Listening to some songs will help you lift your mood. Usually people, when they are depressed like listening to sad and moody songs that fit their mood. It can even lead to further sadness. Do the opposite, listen to some happy songs and hum along with the song, which will make you happy.

Mutual Respect for Others
Always appreciate others in our daily life. This will make them happy and feel good about themselves and if you make at least 3 people smile every day, it automatically makes you happy.

Always grateful
If you feel sad that your eyes are small or turn, think for a moment about people who do not have eyes, even to just complain about it, if you are sad that your friend forgot your birthday then think about people who do not even know when they were born. Be grateful, and thank God for what He has bestowed upon you and you will see that you will feel much better.

Learn how to be happy with yourself and others. Just follow these steps and slowly over time you will become a person full of positive energy, and who does not like to be someone who is always happy and cheerful and gives out positive vibrations.
