Wash the beans well with water and then keep them till they dry up the water. After this, cut the beans stalk and remove it. Cut beans into ½ to 1 inch pieces.

  • Heat oil in a pan. Put cumin and mustard in it. After the rye is cracked, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, ginger, green chilli, coriander powder and fry the spices for a while. Then add chopped beans to it. Add salt and red chilli powder and mix well with the spices and cover the vegetables and let them cook for 4 to 5 minutes on slow flame.

  • After 5 minutes, stir well with a spoon. Check the beans by pressing it with a spoon. Add amchoor powder and grated coconut in the beans and mix well and let the vegetable open only for 1 to 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes, coconut beans are ready to be made. Turn off the gas and take out the vegetable in a bowl. Coconut beans filled with unique flavors are ready to serve fries.
