Put a bowl on it and add salt, curd, soda of food, sugar and milk to it and soft dough. Cover with soaked cloth and keep it for an hour.

Add a paneer, salt, half teaspoon red chilli powder and chat masala in a bowl and mix well.
Now make a dough of kneaded flour and make it small enough to make it grow. Put a little paneer mixture in each whole and fold it from the edges and then make a layer. - Keep these balls filled with the mixture for five minutes. Then make each dough bake and put them on a baking tray. (First light oil on the baking tray)
- Allow them to bake for five to seven minutes in the hot oven.
_ Put a little butter on each of the kids and serve it hot with your favorite vegetable or chickpeas.
