Without feeling we have reached the middle of Ramadan month. Fasting for a stomach acid sufferer like me would be an unpleasant thing, not only worship is disturbed, but you feel uncomfortable to perform daily activities.

Be sure not to skip meals at dawn

Skipping meals at dawn can aggravate your stomach acid during the day, because the stomach is empty all day. Not only a 'provision' of fasting, foods that enter into your stomach at the time of dawn can also prevent stomach acid up to the throat.

Immediately break the fast when it's time.

After not eating and drinking for approximately 12 hours, your empty stomach should be filled with food. Do not procrastinate to fill your stomach during breaking. Stomach needs to digest food, so that the stomach acid produced can be directly used to break the food that enters.

Eat slowly

While sleeping, raise your head.

Try to elevate your sleeping position about 15 cm higher than usual. Do not use some pile of pillows, because it will only elevate the head only. The upper body should also be slightly raised, so your sleeping position tends to slope. This will prevent stomach acid from rising.

Wear loose clothing.

You can also use loose clothes to prevent stomach acid from rising. This will reduce the pressure on your abdomen, so you do not have to worry about having heartburn or feeling sore on the stomach. In addition, should also not use a belt, so the stomach is not depressed.
