Steemit Tips - Vote4Vote Strike a Deal

Trying to gain visibility in this space can be one of the most frustrating things, spending hours writing for the first time ever in my life has been quite the experience. Thank You @gasparcha for this post inspiration!

Easily Build a Community of Critical Support

So I am kind of embarrassed to say that I completely overlooked this aspect of social interaction while trying to write my last Steemit Tips article. @gasparacha brought it to my attention in the comments, we all need some Brutally Honest feed back now and again!

We have struck a deal in which both of us shall do our best to check out each other’s newest posts daily and try toss a single upvote&comment, now with both of us being minuscule it won’t be much but for visibilities sake(gotta learn to conserve my upvote so its $0.01). Honest opinion, with a vote regardless of topic this is more for constructive criticism and allowing someone to recieve a kickback for that criticism via your criticism on their post and upvote.

We could simply @gasparcha / @d00k13 each other in a comment as a reminder or integrate a question, or as I have in this post... maybe doing an honourable mentions for your comment input if relevant.

Again, I am embarrassed to say I over looked this as it is the easiest way to gather votes from other individuals while also gathering the needed feedback likewise contributing to said individuals growth. Now if we can gather a small group of people successfully creating our own curation trail that is when a bot would really become handy! We could call this our flock.

Bots

I still find this area very interesting and I will continue to use the services and try discover new ones yet I do enjoy the actual interaction with individuals on a personal level. We all need to set a precedent for the name or image we are living or pushing on whatever platform we choose. I take a transparency approach, I don’t know what I am doing yet I am eager. I want feedback and bots cannot give me any feedback. So I believe using auto-anything in some way will devalue my standing in a sense if not done correctly, in-short for now I am supporting manual voting and vetting individuals before following. I do openly support paid upvotes, it is the only way for me to contribute any real value to my own posts and others.

Hidden Content for ACTUAL Readers

I have found in a few different places, small tidbits hidden within a post or image set in a way that makes me think it is intentional for the sake of the people that will read the whole post start to finish. Something like a contest or giveaway could really be a bonus for the flock that is critiquing your work, especially for those like myself where anything is BIG.

Giving Back

I have already expressed my vote is worth nothing, but I do earn rewards from others still. So in a form of trying to give back I will be using a one for one method on new paid upvote services that I am vetting, of course as I can afford it from the rewards. Maybe this could be my hidden content 😉. Check my post on my community gift here its nothing special but first of many more, I still need to figure out a selection method possibly random from the flock.
