TIPS FOR YOUR SINULOG GALA!

Hello my fellow steemians!

Sinulog is just around the corner! Streets are full with colorful banderitas and banners around Cebu City. You can hear the famous sinulog beat everywhere. So if you have plans joining the events on Sinulog, you need to definitely prepare yourself before the day would come. Let me just give you some tips on what to bring/wear on that day.

1. Flip flops or sneakers is best
   -Please note that most of the roads during Sinulog are closed because of the street parade, therefore there’s a lot of walking on that day.

2. Wear the coziest clothes that you have
   -There are also Sinulog tshirt for sale so if you want to have one, you should now buy one. It is best to wear clothes that are not revealing to avoid indecent stares from others. Shorts or pants paired with tshirt are best.

3. Bottled WATER!
   -This is the most important thing that you need to bring. Bring a lot of water bottles to keep hydrated. Though there are vendors selling these on the street but since it’s Sinulog, prices is a bit high.

4. UMBRELLA
   -If you have kids, umbrella should come along with you. Weather on this day is unpredictable. So you’d better ready!

Lastly, have fun and do not ever forget to visit first Sto.Nino church.
