This meta information can depend on protocol, for example, nickname, or arbitrarily verified by the user. It will be saved in the form of key-value pairs. This meta information would permit for the storage of arbitrary data the user chooses to verify. Meta information storage on the Tip Blockchain will help both individual and public information. Public meta information will be saved in plain text on the network, so, would be available to anyone on the network. Individual information will be encrypted by the caller and saved on the network. This information can then only be decrypted and viewed by the holder of the private key, the owner of the account.
