Eventually, we will be building a tiny cottage on our land, 288 sq ft, including second story. Won't be on wheels though. No desire to tow it. I want to be like my garden, planted somewhere!
That sounds great. One of the reasons we decided to build on a trailer was that local building codes prohibit new houses under 800 sqft. I think we may have gone for a permanent structure also if that wasn't the case.
