This week's theme is "portrait" so I decided to draw a face from my imagination, I didn't have anything in my mind so I just started with defining the various elements of the head and face as I go

please forgive my pics quality my cell is not that powerful

I decided that a face is boring so why not cover it a bit... :)

as I was drawing the guidelines an interesting cone popped out

So I went along with it in what became an asian outdoor hat..

I started making it rain..

making it rain like crazy...

And that is how I came up with the title thinking of how he/she seems to stand still no matter the rain/pain..

thus..

the farmer that made the rain stand still
