Timeline Exercise – map out your life now!
I was reading a book and came across a wonderful exercise involving a timeline about your life. Just started drawing out my timeline and decided that I need to share this with the community.
Here is how it works:
(1) Take some paper and draw a straight dotted line
2. Start plotting events or important milestones in your life across the timeline – if it’s a happy event then place it above the line and if it is a bit more unpleasant then place it below the line
3. Join the dots
4. Now admire your glorious journey up until now!
