Time Heals
Yesterday I took a day of rest. For most of the day, I focused on nothing and just watched a ton of movies. That really did help me out a lot. I'm going to continue this with less internet for about another week. It does help. If you are feeling stressed, disconnect from everything and just relax. Do mindless things. Or read a book.
I can so relate - I hadn't watched TV in a few month and yesterday, my son and I binged all day on a couple of shows.
