#9 - Delegate when possible.
MY COMMENT
Whenever possible and when it's appropriate, delegate. Don't be afraid to assert authority towards a single person or an entire team. In a business sense, this would lead to better management, higher morale amongst employees, and a more efficient organization, overall. However, make sure the people you are delegating to are respectful and trustworthy.
What comes down to is efficiency in productivity.
