See that succulent chocolate mousse? Mouth watering right? ;) First up, NO, this ain't a food blog or baking video. This content is about LIFE. How random & unexpected this life is yet so pleasant & fulfilling to our experience. Life is indeed a piece of cake, and to be more specific, A CHOCOLATE MOUSSE. ;)

The infamous line of Forrest Gump. And i couldn't agree more.
As we live our lives day by day, we have no idea what will happen next. Even if you are the most critical thinker or the best planner living right now, you will never know what life will be going to give you. Yet we live, we survive, we press on. Everyday is a new experience, you will only know what life is when you have actually lived by the moment. If you haven't took a bite from it, how would you know if it's good or bad, bitter or sweet?

How about little history of Chocolate Mousse?

The origins of chocolate mousse are relatively unknown. After being introduced to chocolate by the Spanish, French chefs have been cooking with chocolate since the early 17th century. Mousse, which means "foam", originated in France in the 18th century. It was only a matter of time until cooking with chocolate and making dishes with foamy textures came together for "mousse au chocolat."

The first written record of chocolate mousse in the United States comes from a Food Exposition held at Madison Square Garden in New York City in 1892. A "Housekeeper's Column" in the Boston Daily Globe of 1897 published one of the first recipes for chocolate mousse. The recipe yielded a chocolate pudding-type dish, instead of today's stiff, but fluffy, mousse.

When you look at that temptingly sweet and moist treat, it has a lot of layers, pretty much like our life . On the outside there is the icing, the sugary sweet coating, signified by us being presentable to our society, to be easy to eyes and be acceptable to the majority. Then comes in the differently colored mousse layers that tells us what really is in our innermost being. They maybe dark in nature, a neutral & balanced character, or a weak and wimpy attitude. Nevertheless, life is undoubtedly a piece of cake; it's short, sweet & needs to be enjoyed to it's fullest.

Savor every step of the way, concoct fantastic acquaintances, and munch to your hearts desire. ( ^∇^)

Gaano ka random at hindi inaasahang ang buhay na ito ngunit ito ay kaaya-aya at nkakapuno sa ating karanasan. Ang buhay ay talagang isang piraso ng keyk, at upang maging mas tiyak, A CHOCOLATE MOUSSE. ;)

Habang nabubuhay tayo sa araw-araw, wala tayong ideya kung ano ang mangyayari sa susunod. Kahit na ikaw ang pinaka-kritikal na palaisip o ang pinakamahusay na tagaplano na nabubuhay sa ngayon, hindi mo malalaman kung ano ang dadating sa buhay mo. Ngunit tayo ay buhay, nakakaraos, at sumusulong. Araw-araw ay isang bagong karanasan, ikaw lang ang nakakaalam kung ano buhay ay kapag aktwal na ikaw ay nanirahan sa pamamagitan ng mga sandali.
