Coach in action

as a newly coach in freediving it is not easy for me to adjust. I need to train as much as i can so when the student see me doing it in actual they will easily follow it. "Monkey see, monkey do" that quote means the student do what they see more than what they hear. All your lecture will be useless if they see you doing it in opposite. And a coach must be very carefully because one little mistake means life. Yes! Life. Remember you are in an open water and in depth.
