At least you have to SEARCH about the issue. It's been sorted out by the CEO. The news about getting the company bashed is too harsh. The company is NOT AN INVESTMENT COMPANY it's an AFFILIATE MARKETING... Well, anyway... Here is the post telling the public about the issue but in Tagalog language.
The vote wasn't removed based on what was referral linked, but that there was a referral link at all.

and by the way now to get a fast approval from Steemit there's an option to PAY it. Don't you think this is also a Ponzi Scheme?
First, we can't be everywhere, so we remove them as we find them.
Second, Steemit accounts are indeed able to be gained by paying for them, but you then own them.
When the only way you can earn is to pay first, it is likely a bad thing.
All you get for payment to create an account is an additional account that didn't have to wait for the free account creation period.

Posts to the blockchain are permanent. Each block that came after it locks in the content that came before.
Inside the 7 days, you can edit what is shown on Steemit, but the original content will be available for anyone that looks back into the blocks.
It means you dont know how the blockchain works.
