How impossible is "The Impossible Dream?"

Its the 2nd day of our Gender Sensitivity Training. We are tasked to make a reflection or realization on the animation video they showed us yesterday. It portrays a mother's traditional routine in a day. She does everything from preparing the food, doing the laundry, taking care of the kids and her husband. The husband is a bit of a dick where he doesn't help the wife, goes to work, flirts with other girls, goes home watch TV while he drinks his beer.

The wife dreamed of a different scenario where the husband is loving and helps in the chores or in taking care of the kids.

The video ended with a question that goes: The impossible dream?
